Investment & Terms
Payment: All monthly packages and retainers are billed upfront prior to support commencing.
Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all project-based or ad-hoc work.
Late Policy: To ensure continuity of service, please ensure invoices are cleared by the due date. A late payment fee applies if payment is not received within 7 days.
Urgent Needs: Guaranteed 24-hour turnaround for rush tasks is available at a rate of £38/hr.
